What is the difference between 3000K and 4000K color temperatures?
- 3000K is warm white. It makes the space feel more homely and soft and creates an atmosphere. The light has a yellowish tint.
- 4000K is neutral white. It is fresh and similar to natural light.
Are the light mirrors dimmable?
- As standard, the light mirrors are not dimmable.
- A touch switch with a dimmer or a separate wireless dimmer is available as an accessory.
- If your wall has a dimmer switch for the power supply and not an on-off switch, please get in touch with us at info@glassfactory.fi so that we can offer you a suitable solution.
How thick is the mirror?
- Mirror glass is usually 4 mm thick.
- The total thickness of the mirror depends on the type of mirror. For example, the total thickness of a light mirror is approx. 29 mm.
How much does the mirror weigh?
- 4 mm thick mirror weighs approx. 10 kg/m².
- The frame weighs approx. 1-3 kg, depending on the size of the mirror.
- LED lights weigh approx. 1-3 kg, depending on the size of the mirror.
Example:
- 100 cm x 100 cm mirror WITHOUT a frame and lights weighs approx. 10 kg.
- 100 cm x 100 cm mirror WITH a frame weighs approx. 11 kg.
- 100 cm x 100 cm mirror WITH a frame AND lights weighs approx. 12 kg.

What is the difference between an illuminated mirror and a backlit mirror?
- In illuminated mirrors (Full Lux series and S, M, L, XL mirrors with LED lights), the light is bright and illuminates the face through the frosted surface of the mirror.
- In backlit mirrors, the light hits the wall behind the mirror and does not dazzle the sides.
- Illuminated and backlit mirrors are available in 3000K, 4000K, and colored lights (RGBW).

- No, the letter S, M, L, XL indicate the number of illuminated sides.
- S - only one illuminated side, M - two illuminated sides, L - three illuminated sides, XL - four illuminated sides.
- S, M, L, XL mirrors with LED lights are available in different sizes and can also be made to order.

How will my order be delivered?
- Your order will be delivered to the yard or street site. Delivery does NOT include carrying the order inside.

Can I order your products outside the EU?
- Yes, you can order from outside the EU.
- Please note that when ordering from outside the EU, prices are shown without VAT (0 %). The shipping company will collect applicable taxes and customs duties before delivering the order.

Is there a warranty on the products?
- Yes, our products have a 2-year warranty.
Can I return or exchange the product?
- Custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned. Most of our mirrors are made to order with selected dimensions, accessories, and options. For this reason, the products are classified as custom-made products, which are not subject to the 14-day right of return under the law (Consumer Protection Act 6:16).
In addition, the right of return does not apply to products that cannot be resold as new. This means that we cannot accept returns of products that have been:
- opened in such a way that the product can no longer be sold as new
- installed or mounted on a wall
- used - Standard-sized products that have not been customized (no added dimmer, switch, special color, etc.) and that have been purchased through our online store (glassfactory.fi) are eligible for a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt.
- Before returning the product, please contact us at info@glassfactory.fi so that we can guide you through the return process.
- If you wish to return a product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs depend on the size of the product. You can return the product through the shipping company of your choice or deliver the product yourself.
- Pack the product carefully in the same packaging as when you received it. We will not compensate for damage caused by poor packaging by the customer.

What should I do if the product arrives damaged?
- Please check the products upon delivery. If you notice any defects, do not install the faulty product.
- If you discover damages after opening the package that could not have been detected upon delivery, you have five (5) days to submit a written claim to info@glassfactory.fi
- If the product is damaged when opening the package, please take a photo. The photo must also show the packaging material so that we can confirm the product was already damaged when the package was opened.
